Ivanilton José de Oliveira


Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Anhanguera Faculty of Humanities (1991); BA and BS of Geography from the Federal University of Goiás (1996); Master (2002) and PhD (2008) in Geography from the University of São Paulo, and post-doctorate from the University of Santiago de Compostela, Spain. Associate Professor at the Federal University of Goiás since 1997, where he works in research and teaching undergraduate and postgraduate, in subjects and themes related to geographical cartography, emphasized on thematic cartography and tourism cartography. Former Deputy Director of the UFG Institute of Social and Environmental Studies (IESA), he was also Coordinator of the Geography Undergraduate Course at UFG's Jataí Campus (1997-1998) and IESA (2002-2004); Coordinator of the Geography Postgraduate Program (2012-2014); Advisor of the UFG Undergraduate Dean, in the position of Bachelor of Arts Degrees Coordinator (2008-2010), Institutional Coordinator of Institutional Scholarship Program for Teaching Initiation (PIBID, 2009-2012), Coordinator of PROLICEN - Initiation Scholarship Program for Scientific Studies to Bachelors of Arts (2008-2010). He's currently an elected member of the Deliberative Council of the UFG Research Support Foundation (FUNAPE). (Text informed by the author)
