Resumo:

This research aims to analyze, observate, and question the environmental planning that involves the school community of the Buildings/PROEJA course. When you have the opportunity to be part of this school community that works with youth and adult classes, it's inevitable that questions will come about what will really be mediated with this teacher - educator relationship. And how this community thinks about the environmental impact. This study is focused on classes of the Program of Integration of Professional Education to Basic Education in the Youth and Adult Modality (PROEJA) Building Technician. The methodology used is based on qualitative research. The research was based on three stages, namely: documentary research; on-site observation, organization and application of questionnaires (structured and semi-structured). In general aspects, the results showed the official documents refer superficially about the relation of the construction of an ecological sensitization, the norms are quite elastic leaving to the discretion of the administrations to construct the content and the energy efficiency and minimization of the environmental impacts relating the world of work obtaining knowledge and environmental impact. The results show that the school community in relation to the environment has notions of environmental impact, but with limited application in the actions that each one performs, whether as a student, teacher or administrative technician. The school has a leading role in this construction of new paradigms.
